چکیده
The concrete industry is under increasing pressure to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. An immediate solution minimize the amount of Portland cement used by partially substituting other supplementary cementitious materials. This article presents results an experimental campaign on influence replacing with both calcined and uncalcined diatomites from filtration beer wine in production elements made vibro-pressed pre-cast concrete, such as pipes. Additionally, a natural diatomite used. mechanical properties, capillary water absorption, carbonation, chloride ingress are tested. obtained show possibility using recycled industrial scale, which can improve even long term properties prepared precast concrete.

Assessing relationships among properties of demolished concrete, recycled aggregate and recycled aggregate concrete using regression analysis.
Recycled demolished concrete (DC) as recycled aggregate (RA) and recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) is generally suitable for most construction applications. Low-grade applications, including sub-base and roadwork, have been implemented in many countries; however, higher-grade activities are rarely considered. This paper examines relationships among DC characteristics, properties of their RA and...
متن کاملMechanical Performance Evaluation of Self-Compacting Concrete with Fine and Coarse Recycled Aggregates from the Precast Industry
This paper intends to evaluate the feasibility of reintroducing recycled concrete aggregates in the precast industry. The mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete (SCC) with incorporation of recycled aggregates (RA) (coarse recycled aggregates (CRA) and fine recycled aggregates (FRA)) from crushed precast elements were evaluated. The goal was to evaluate the ability of producing SCC wi...
متن کاملMechanical and Physical Properties of Polyester Polymer Concrete Using Recycled Aggregates from Concrete Sleepers
Currently, reuse of solid waste from disused infrastructures is an important environmental issue to study. In this research, polymer concrete was developed by mixing orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin, artificial microfillers (calcium carbonate), and waste aggregates (basalt and limestone) coming from the recycling process of concrete sleepers. The variation of the mechanical and physica...
متن کاملPrecast Concrete Elements
Lattice-girder floor slabs and double-wall elements have been successfully used in building and industrial construction for decades. These precast elements of 50 – 70 mm thickness serve as permanent formwork for the subsequently added in-situ concrete creating a monolithic structure. The high prefabrication level allows the construction period to be significantly minimized. The main goal is the...
